What is Group Therapy?
Group Therapy is a collaborative therapeutic experience that involves the presence of a trained professional and others who are working through similar challenges. There is no one formal process for joining a group – we encourage our members to come/join as you are, as often as you need to. Please see below for groups, registration process and meeting times.
Experiments in Allyship
A facilitated discussion group for licensed mental health professionals focused on engaging anti racism and practicing active allyship in therapy and in the community. Registration opens 10/28/2020. Limited spaces available.

Standing Up Primary Survivors Group
The Standing Up group is a peer support group for primary survivors of sex gender violence discrimination and oppression; this includes but is not limited to rape, sexual assault, domestic violence, homophobia transphobia, racism, child abuse, childhood sexual abuse and all forms of violence. This is a donation-based group space. There is no pre-registration or personal information required to participate in this group.
