What is Group Therapy? 

Group Therapy is a collaborative therapeutic experience that involves the presence of a trained professional and others who are working through similar challenges. There is no one formal process for joining a group – we encourage our members to come/join as you are, as often as you need to.    Please see below for groups, registration process and meeting times. 

Experiments in Allyship

A facilitated discussion group for licensed mental health professionals focused on engaging anti racism and practicing active allyship in therapy and in the community. Registration opens 5/1/2021.  Limited spaces available.
