What is Group Therapy? 

Group Therapy is a collaborative therapeutic experience that involves the presence of a trained professional and others who are working through similar challenges. There is no one formal process for joining a group – we encourage our members to come/join as you are, as often as you need to.    Please see below for groups, registration process and meeting times. 

Sisters Healing with Empathy – S.H.E. Space

An inclusive safe space for Black Women.  S.H.E. Space offers weekly support, sharing and healing with others who understand our pain.   This group seeks to center the unique experiences of black women.  Our mantra is simple:

Participant cost per session: $30 

Participants: Individuals who identify as female and black, 21 and over,  may join the group.  We support our sisters of all ages, wages, and orientations and welcome you with love. Must live in the state of Nevada.

Experiments in Allyship

A facilitated discussion group for licensed mental health professionals focused on engaging anti racism and practicing active allyship in therapy and in the community. Registration opens 10/28/2020.  Limited spaces available.

Standing Up Primary Survivors Group 

An open safe space for adult primary survivors of sex/gender violence, oppression or discrimination, such as domestic or sexual violence, racism, childhood sexual abuse, stalking, trans or homophobia, intersex genital mutilation, and kink or slut shaming. Facilitated by experienced professionals.

Every Wednesday 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm
