For private-pay clients, a superbill may be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your insurance plan.
Insurance
Insurance-based appointments are scheduled separately through a portal that will allow you to verify your insurance benefits before booking. Coverage, deductibles, copays, and eligibility vary by plan.
Reduced-Fee Therapy
A limited number of reduced-fee individual and relationship appointments are available through the Virginia Clinical Observation Program. Enrollment is open until August 31, or all appointments are filled for 2026 participants. Participation requirements apply.
Payment and Cancellations
A valid payment method is required. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Late-cancellation and missed-appointment fees may apply.
