Individual Therapy


Individual therapy  is provided in a safe, caring, and confidential environment.  This type of one on one experience is designed to help you to explore your feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through difficult memories, identify aspects of your life that you would like to change, better understand yourself and others, set personal goals, and work toward your desired change, peace and healing.

People seek therapy for a wide range of reasons.  I am trained to work with depression, anxiety, abuse and sexual assault,  relational, problems, and childhood trauma (including adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse).  We may work together for as few as five or six sessions or as long as several years, depending on the client’s unique needs and personal goals for therapy.

In addition to the above, I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA2 community in Las Vegas, with an emphasis on diverse sex/gender expression, including gender fluid, gender non-conforming, and transgender mental health for adults at all stages of their journey.
